Mumbai, India – Nearly two decades after his last public appearance in India as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, renowned composer and pianist Steve Barakatt is set to return for the Indian premiere of his celebrated Néoréalité World Tour. The much-anticipated concert will take place on April 4, 2025, at the prestigious Royal Opera House, Mumbai. This marks a significant moment in Barakatt’s musical journey, as he continues to weave emotional storytelling and cultural diplomacy through his compositions.
Following a series of sold-out performances across Europe, Asia, and North America, including an acclaimed show at Carnegie Hall, Barakatt now brings his immersive concert experience to India. The event will showcase selections from his widely celebrated Universal Music release, Néoréalité, along with highlights from his extensive repertoire. The concert will also feature segments from Ad Vitam Aeternam, a symphony chronicling the different phases of life, as well as the globally recognized Lullaby, The UNICEF Anthem.
