Marzi by Primus Appoints Vibha Singal as Co-Founder to Accelerate India’s Active-Ageing Vision

Move strengthens mission to build a health and happiness ecosystem for one million seniors

Vibha Singal & Adarsh Narahari, Co-Founders, Marzi

Marzi by Primus, India’s pioneering active-ageing platform, has appointed Vibha Singal as its new Co-Founder. With close to twenty years of experience scaling tech-led consumer businesses across Asia-Pacific, she will join Founder Adarsh Narahari in advancing Marzi’s mission of empowering seniors to live with dignity, purpose, and joy.

The company plans to positively impact more than 100,000 elders within the next year, with an ambitious goal of reaching one million seniors by 2030. It aims to redefine ageing through a comprehensive ecosystem built on technology, community, and care.

As Co-Founder, Vibha will help shape the organisation’s long-term strategy and performance culture. She will play a key role in expanding Marzi’s offerings across health, travel, and lifestyle, while strengthening its product and technology backbone.

Sharing her vision, Vibha said that ageing must be reframed not as a period of decline, but one of possibility and purpose. She noted that Marzi intends to build a world-class, technology-enabled environment where every senior can live independently with belonging, dignity, and happiness.

Vibha previously held senior leadership roles at Amazon, Jet Privilege, Accenture, and Glance, where she led cross-market teams and innovation initiatives. She is also the founder of Sukoon Unlimited, a wellbeing community for seniors. An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, she brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and human-centred leadership to her new role.

Founder Adarsh Narahari expressed deep confidence in her appointment, noting strong alignment in their shared goal of transforming the ageing experience in India — shifting the focus from “care to confidence” and from “lifespan to healthspan.”

About Marzi by Primus
Part of the Primus Group, Marzi champions active ageing by combining compassionate care with advanced technology. Backed by Primus’ senior-living expertise and Vibha’s technology-driven leadership, the platform aims to emerge as India’s most trusted positive-ageing brand, where innovation and empathy come together to help seniors thrive.
