In a strategic move that underscores the growing urgency for scalable artificial intelligence adoption, Business Core Solutions (BCS) has announced the acquisition of Techie2Pillar, a firm specializing in voice and conversational AI. The acquisition marks a significant step in BCS’s mission to transition enterprises from fragmented AI experimentation to structured, production-ready execution.

Headquartered in Chennai, BCS positions itself as the world’s first Agentic System Integrator—a model focused on deploying AI agents that can autonomously execute tasks, make decisions, and integrate seamlessly across enterprise ecosystems. With this acquisition, the company aims to strengthen its Agentic Service as a Software (ASaaS) portfolio and deepen its ability to deliver scalable, outcome-driven AI solutions.

The development follows a six-month collaboration between BCS and Techie2Pillar, during which both companies worked on real-world business use cases involving conversational AI and intelligent agents. These engagements demonstrated the practical potential of AI beyond pilot projects—particularly in areas requiring real-time interaction, decision-making, and workflow orchestration. The success of these joint initiatives laid the foundation for a more integrated partnership.

With the acquisition now formalised, Techie2Pillar’s capabilities will be fully integrated into BCS’s ASaaS ecosystem. The company will also serve as the technological backbone of Proxyn.ai, a newly established sister entity under the BCS umbrella. This integration is designed to combine Techie2Pillar’s expertise in conversational AI with BCS’s extensive repository of over 400 ready-to-deploy agent blueprints, developed across more than 60 enterprise environments.

This convergence of capabilities is expected to significantly enhance BCS’s ability to design and deploy AI systems that are not only intelligent but also structured, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. By leveraging pre-built agent frameworks alongside conversational interfaces, enterprises can accelerate deployment timelines while reducing implementation risks.

Prakash Palani, Chief Technology Officer at BCS, highlighted a critical challenge faced by organisations today: the gap between AI ambition and execution. While many enterprises have invested heavily in AI initiatives, scaling these solutions consistently across operations remains a hurdle. According to Palani, the acquisition strengthens BCS’s ability to deliver production-ready AI systems that can operate reliably at scale. Through Proxyn.ai and its broader ASaaS model, the company aims to enable faster deployment of agentic use cases while ensuring governance and operational control.

Central to this approach is BCS’s proprietary technology stack, which includes platforms such as Symphony for orchestration, Anugal for identity governance, and deKorvai for data intelligence. These platforms provide the underlying infrastructure required to manage, coordinate, and monitor AI-driven processes across complex enterprise environments. Together, they ensure that AI systems are not only efficient but also secure, compliant, and scalable.

From Techie2Pillar’s perspective, the acquisition represents an opportunity to amplify its impact within a larger ecosystem. Bharanish, CTO of Techie2Pillar, noted that the collaboration with BCS had already demonstrated how conversational AI can deliver tangible business value. By becoming part of BCS’s ASaaS portfolio, the company will now be able to design solutions that integrate more seamlessly with enterprise tools and workflows, enhancing both usability and effectiveness.

The broader significance of this acquisition lies in its focus on addressing one of the most pressing challenges in AI adoption: the transition from pilot projects to full-scale production systems. While many organisations have experimented with automation and AI, these efforts often remain siloed and lack the structure required for enterprise-wide implementation. BCS’s agentic model seeks to bridge this gap by introducing a more cohesive framework for deploying and managing AI agents across functions.

By enabling organisations to move from fragmented automation initiatives to unified, agent-driven operations, the combined capabilities of BCS and Techie2Pillar are expected to drive greater efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and deliver more consistent outcomes. This shift is particularly relevant in industries where speed, accuracy, and real-time decision-making are critical.

Founded in 2014, Business Core Solutions has established a global presence across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and India. Its expertise spans a wide range of enterprise technologies, including SAP, Salesforce, cloud computing, data analytics, and AI/ML. With the addition of Techie2Pillar’s conversational AI capabilities, the company is further strengthening its position as a comprehensive provider of next-generation enterprise solutions.

As AI continues to reshape the business landscape, the ability to operationalise intelligent systems at scale will become a key differentiator. The acquisition of Techie2Pillar reflects BCS’s commitment to staying ahead of this curve—transforming AI from a conceptual promise into a practical, scalable reality for enterprises worldwide.
