Trigent, an established technology solutions provider with more than 30 years of engineering and customised software solutions expertise, worked in collaboration with N-able (NYSE: NABL), a worldwide cybersecurity firm that provides business resiliency, to set up the Company’s Global Capability Centre (GCC), which is already operational in India. N-able is dedicated to safeguarding businesses from emerging cyber threats by providing strong, end-to-end solutions to control, protect, and restore businesses at every stage of the threat life cycle.
N-able capitalised on the quick scaling capabilities for building world-class teams at Trigent. The established delivery methodology of Trigent was utilised to enable faster scalability, establish governance models, and incorporate compliance models right from the beginning. This GCC is a strategic move by N-able to make an entry into the Indian market as it plans to expand globally, with the assistance of Trigent.

Trigent facilitated the recruitment of an engineering team of specialists, support staff, and operations personnel from India’s rich talent pool of technologists. The delivery framework allowed for quick scale-up and fast recruitment without impacting quality.
Trigent provided the means to implement governance models, processes, and metrics that were built in and prepared for independent management. Now the centre is entering its new stage of development by expanding its engineering capabilities and acting as a future innovation driver for N-able’s global strategy.
