Pocket HRMS Launches the First smHRt Agentic HR Solution in India

Pocket HRMS, a well-known AI-based cloud-HR software in India, has launched India’s first ‘smHRt Agentic HR Solution,’ which is designed to think, act, and collaborate throughout the employee life cycle

Through this launch, Agentic AI, which comprises a well-coordinated group of expert AI agents, will power the chatbot of Pocket HRMS known as smHRty® and the HR assistant known as HRMS Copilot™. Each AI agent is responsible for executing a specific HR task. The AI agents work collaboratively to accomplish their tasks, provide relevant information, and help HR steer clear of repetitive work, as well as prioritise other strategic initiatives.

While a single agent provides answers to the queries raised, the smHRt Agentic HR Solution utilises many agents, each managing its own task, such as payroll, leaves, attendance, and employee data. The responsibility for initiating the conversation lies with the Employee Management Agent, who communicates in English with the user, understands the requirement, and delegates the task to an appropriate agent specialised in the task.
