Gymkhana to Launch First U.S. Location at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas This Fall

LAS VEGAS ARIA Resort & Casino will welcome the debut of Gymkhana, the acclaimed two Michelin-starred Indian restaurant from London, marking its first location in the United States. Scheduled to open this fall, the restaurant promises to bring an elevated interpretation of Indian fine dining to the Las Vegas Strip.

Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, Gymkhana is inspired by the private clubs of colonial India, known as hubs for dining, socializing, and leisure. The original London location has earned global acclaim for its bold, flavor-rich Indian cuisine, sophisticated ambiance, and consistently high culinary standards.

At its Las Vegas outpost, Gymkhana will retain its signature aesthetic and culinary identity, while also introducing exclusive menu items tailored to the city’s diverse and vibrant food scene. Guests can expect a menu rooted in traditional Indian cooking techniques, featuring tandoori-grilled meats, regional curries, fragrant biryanis, and street food-inspired chaat plates meant for sharing. A specially curated cocktail program will complement the cuisine with Indian-influenced drinks crafted using premium spirits and regional ingredients.

Ayesha Molino, President & COO of ARIA Resort & Casino, commented on the partnership:
“Gymkhana has established itself as a global culinary destination. We’re proud to collaborate with JKS Restaurants to bring their remarkable vision to Las Vegas, enriching ARIA’s reputation as a home for world-class dining.”

Jyotin Sethi, Co-founder of JKS Restaurants, emphasized the significance of this expansion:
“Las Vegas has long been home to some of the world’s finest restaurants, and we believe it’s the perfect city for Indian cuisine to step into the spotlight. The ARIA team has shown great commitment to preserving the authenticity of Gymkhana, and we’re excited to bring our hospitality to a new audience.”

JKS Restaurants is recognized for pushing boundaries in the global culinary landscape. In addition to Gymkhana, the group operates over 30 concepts, including Michelin-starred eateries like Trishna, Hoppers, and Lyle’s. The opening at ARIA represents a strategic expansion for the group into the North American market, with Ambassadors Clubhouse also scheduled to launch in New York City later this year.

More information on the Las Vegas location, including reservations and menus, will be released in the coming months.
