The Taara centre will host 500 professionals and features advanced collaborative workspaces, training rooms, and innovation-focused amenities. It complements Consilio’s existing operations in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Pune, where the India team has grown to over 1,400 employees in 2025, marking a major expansion in the company’s footprint.

Brandyn Payne, Chief Employee Experience Officer at Consilio, said, “Taara reflects our deep commitment to investing in local India and GCC communities. This tech-forward, collaborative home provides young professionals the opportunity to begin their careers while shaping the future of legal services with global impact.”

Taara will also serve as a platform for campus recruitment programs, attracting top graduates from leading regional business schools. These programs prepare young talent with professional, technology, and client-relations skills, ensuring they are ready to contribute to Fortune 100 companies and leading law firms globally. The launch coincided with the graduation of the latest cohort, with leaders in India welcoming the new professionals into the company.

The expansion reinforces Consilio’s commitment to India as a vital hub for innovation and business growth, offering unique opportunities for professionals to engage in AI-driven legal technology projects. The centre will leverage Consilio’s AI portfolio, including Guided AI Review, Native AI Review, Aurora AI investigation tools, and TrueLaw’s advanced narrative AI capabilities, to deliver cutting-edge legal solutions to multinational clients.

Founded on a global presence with offices, document review, and data centers across Europe, Asia, and North America, and company’s operations are ISOIEC 27001:2022 certified, emphasizing security, reliability, and industry compliance. The launch of Taara positions Consilio as a key driver of innovation in India’s legal technology ecosystem, nurturing top-tier talent and advancing the company’s mission to deliver cost-effective, AI-powered legal services with global reach.
