Through this collaboration, SPRE will provide the necessary infrastructure within its residential communities, while FMRI will equip, staff, and manage dedicated medical centres. These centres will deliver high-quality primary medical services and wellness programmes, ensuring prompt and reliable care at the doorstep.

Residents will have access to a suite of complimentary and discounted services, including:

  • Free vitals monitoring, first aid, dressings, injections
  • Fortnightly internal medicine consultations
  • Discounts on diagnostics, health check-ups, and IPD services at Fortis Gurugram
  • Complimentary ambulance services for emergencies

The partnership will also promote holistic well-being through regular wellness initiatives such as yoga sessions, preventive health camps, and health-awareness drives.

“Partnering with Fortis enables us to integrate world-class healthcare into our communities, ensuring comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. This initiative reflects our people-first commitment to enhancing lifestyle experiences,”
said Sriram Mahadevan, CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate & MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing.

“Through this collaboration, we aim to bring Fortis’ trusted care directly to residents’ homes. With experienced doctors and nurses, we will make timely, community-focused healthcare more accessible,”
said Yashpal Singh Rawat, Facility Director, FMRI.

Established in 2013, Fortis Memorial Research Institute is a flagship Fortis facility spread across 11 acres. With 330 beds, 15 advanced OTs, and 99 ICU beds, FMRI offers tertiary and quaternary care across 55+ specialties including neurosciences, cardiac sciences, orthopaedics, oncology, and organ transplants.

The partnership marks an important step in combining healthcare with modern residential development. With SPRE’s legacy of creating community-focused neighbourhoods and FMRI’s clinical expertise, this initiative sets a new benchmark for integrated, wellness-driven living.
