Team Marksmen Network is set to host the 6th Edition of Most Preferred Workplace 2026–27 on 03 July 2026 at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, bringing together India’s foremost HR leaders, CEOs, policymakers, workplace strategists, and industry experts for an evening dedicated to exploring the future of work, leadership, and organizational culture.

Centered around the theme “The Human Dividend: Capitalizing on Culture,” the summit will examine how organizations can build resilient, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces amidst rapid technological disruption, evolving workforce expectations, and changing business priorities.

Over the years, Most Preferred Workplace has established itself as one of India’s most credible platforms celebrating excellence in workplace culture and people leadership. The platform has brought together senior leaders from across industries including BFSI, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare, retail, infrastructure, real estate, and professional services to exchange ideas on building organizations where people and performance thrive together.

The session will feature Dr. Raju Mistry, Founder, Aarunyam Behavioural Specialists LLP and Former President & Global Chief People Officer at Cipla, Grasim and Jubilant Bhartia Group, alongside Amit Chincholikar, Group President – Human Resources, Hinduja Group. The summit’s flagship leadership panel, “The Skills Clock: Reskilling at the Speed of Business,” will bring together an accomplished panel of HR leaders to discuss how organizations can continuously reinvent workforce capabilities in an era where professional skills evolve faster than ever before.

The panel will feature Natasha Tiwary, Director Human Resources, AbbVie India; Loly Vadassery, CHRO, Datamatics Business Solutions; Mohit Kumar, President HR & Head Talent, Hindalco Industries; Megha Goel, CHRO, Godrej Properties; and Ajay Tiwari, President HR, Intas Pharma Ltd.

Adding an experiential dimension to the evening, The Leadership Checkpoint will be led by Sonal Gadhvi and B. Bhuvaneshwarii, Co-Founders of nyou, offering participants an immersive leadership reflection on perception, decision-making, and human connection.

The summit will also be honoured by the presence of Smt. Ritu Tawde, Hon’ble Mayor of Mumbai, who has been invited to deliver the Guest of Honour Address, highlighting the importance of people-centric leadership in shaping resilient institutions and communities.

A key highlight of the evening will be a gala felicitation ceremony that recognises organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to building high-performance, inclusive, employee-centric workplace cultures while setting new benchmarks in people practices and organizational excellence.

Speaking about the initiative, Rajesh Khubchandani, Co-Founder & Managing Director, Team Marksmen Network, said, “Today’s most successful organizations understand that sustainable business growth is fundamentally driven by people.
