Headsup B2B Wins 40+ MW Solar Supply Mandate Across Rajasthan and Jharkhand

The mandate strengthens Headsup B2B’s role as a technology-driven procurement partner for large-scale renewable energy projects in India

Headsup B2B, a tech-enabled B2B procurement and supply platform, has secured mandates to supply over 40 MW of solar panels along with ancillary products across multiple renewable energy projects in Rajasthan and Jharkhand. With an aggregated supply value of approximately Rs. 85 crore, the execution of these mandates is planned over the next six months, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growing presence within India’s renewable energy ecosystem.

The supplies will cater to a diverse mix of utility-scale solar projects as well as institutional and commercial installations. Several of these deployments are aligned with key government-backed programmes, including the PM KUSUM scheme and the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Rajasthan, with its high solar irradiation and mature renewable infrastructure, and Jharkhand, with its expanding renewable footprint, are expected to provide strong deployment support for these projects.

Under the mandate, Headsup B2B’s scope of work is focused on the sourcing and supply of solar modules and associated ancillary products. The company will be responsible for ensuring that all supplied components meet approved technical and quality standards, while also managing logistics planning and phased deliveries in line with defined project timelines. This structured approach is designed to support smooth on-ground execution and reduce procurement-related risks for project developers and EPC partners.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Sumit Kumar, Founder of Headsup B2B, said the mandate reflects the company’s ability to handle large-scale, multi-location renewable supply programmes with efficiency and reliability. He highlighted that by combining technology-led procurement systems with disciplined supply-chain coordination, the platform helps EPCs and developers maintain quality benchmarks while adhering to delivery schedules. He further noted that the company is already in advanced discussions with execution partners for upcoming renewable projects aggregating nearly 200 MW in the next financial year, which could potentially unlock an overall project value of more than Rs. 400 crore across the wider ecosystem.

Headsup B2B operates on an aggregator-led, asset-light model that enables buyers to access a wide range of approved brands at competitive pricing through transparent and structured procurement processes. Its renewable energy portfolio spans solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, energy storage solutions and other balance-of-system components. Through this integrated offering, the platform serves EPC contractors, infrastructure companies and institutional buyers across India, helping them streamline sourcing and reduce complexity in project execution.

The latest mandate is aligned with Headsup B2B’s broader strategy to scale its operations in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure and clean-tech procurement. As India continues to accelerate its transition towards clean energy and long-term energy security, efficient procurement and reliable supply chains are becoming increasingly critical. By focusing on technology-enabled sourcing, compliance and logistics coordination, the company aims to play a supporting role in enabling timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Beyond renewable energy, Headsup B2B positions itself as a comprehensive technology-driven B2B marketplace offering integrated procurement solutions across multiple sectors. These include metal solutions, building materials, electricals, industrial warehousing, road safety equipment and other areas linked to sustainable infrastructure development. The company’s operating philosophy centres on transparency, efficiency and scalable execution, allowing it to support both large infrastructure programmes and distributed projects across geographies.

With the successful securing of the 40+ MW solar supply mandate, Headsup B2B continues to strengthen its credentials as a reliable procurement partner in India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy landscape. The company’s focus on disciplined execution, technology-backed processes and ecosystem collaboration positions it to participate meaningfully in the next phase of growth for solar and clean energy projects nationwide.
