Expeditors Selects CloudMoyo to Deploy Icertis Contract Intelligence Across Global Operations

BELLEVUE, Wash: Expeditors International of Washington, a global logistics powerhouse and Fortune 500 company, has partnered with digital transformation firm CloudMoyo to implement Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) across its worldwide operations.

The move marks a significant investment by Expeditors in automating and optimizing contract lifecycle management through AI-driven solutions. Icertis Contract Intelligence, a market leader in AI-powered contract software, is designed to extract value from contracts and enhance enterprise performance through smart, data-rich workflows.

With over 340 locations in more than 100 countries, Expeditors manages complex supply chain solutions for a wide variety of industries. The company’s choice to adopt Icertis’ AI-native platform reflects a broader strategic push to enhance visibility, streamline collaboration, and reinforce compliance across all contractual processes globally.

CloudMoyo, a leading Icertis implementation partner, brings deep expertise to the project, having delivered over 160 CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) projects and staffed with more than 120 Icertis-certified professionals. This partnership will enable Expeditors to accelerate its contract digitalization efforts by leveraging CloudMoyo’s full-stack implementation capabilities — from data migration to AI model integration and post-go-live support.

“This global implementation is an important milestone in our digital evolution,” said a spokesperson for Expeditors. “By embracing intelligent contract systems, we’re reinforcing our core value of exceeding customer expectations through operational excellence.”

CloudMoyo’s CEO and co-founder, Manish Kedia, noted: “We’re honored to support Expeditors in their innovation journey with Icertis Contract Intelligence. By applying generative AI, agentic automation, and analytics, we’ll help unlock the strategic potential of contracts as living assets — not static documents.”

The deployment is expected to provide Expeditors with greater agility in contract creation, approval, and compliance tracking, while also enabling predictive insights through AI analysis. With global accessibility at its core, the system will serve as a unified platform for managing thousands of commercial relationships more efficiently.

This announcement underscores a rising trend in the enterprise sector: the use of intelligent contract systems to align legal, procurement, sales, and compliance functions. As companies with large global footprints face increasingly complex regulatory and operational landscapes, the need for real-time, AI-enhanced contract oversight is growing rapidly.

CloudMoyo, based in Bellevue with an innovation hub in Pune, India, specializes in data modernization and AI integration for global enterprises. Their work spans industrial, healthcare, retail, and tech verticals. As a long-time partner of Icertis, Microsoft, and Snowflake, CloudMoyo is at the forefront of contract intelligence and AI-enabled business transformation.

With this deployment, Expeditors continues to position itself as a digitally forward logistics leader, investing in technologies that future-proof its operations and improve global customer service.
