autoX Announces the ‘Best of 2025’ Award Winners: India’s Ten-Best Machines of the Year

autoX, India’s leading automotive publication and testing authority, has unveiled the Ten-Best Machines of 2025 following an exhaustive Mega Test at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC). Fifty new cars and bikes launched in India over the past year were put through rigorous evaluation to determine the winners of the autoX ‘Best of 2025’ Awards, identifying vehicles that excel across performance, design, innovation, and value.

The Top-Ten winners include five four-wheelers, three two-wheelers, and two special performance awards for the fastest car and bike around the BIC’s short loop. The results were revealed at an exclusive ceremony held at Andaz Delhi, Aerocity, New Delhi, celebrating automotive excellence in India.

Selection Process: Objective, Scientific, Transparent

Every contender underwent a multi-faceted evaluation across quality, comfort, ride, handling, refinement, design, drivetrain, practicality, value for money, and X-factor — the intangible quality that sets truly exceptional machines apart. Additionally, lap times on the BIC short loop provided an objective measure of performance, encompassing power, stability, braking, and handling.

The autoX Awards jury, comprising India’s most experienced automotive testers with over a century of combined experience, scored each vehicle independently. The scores were averaged to ensure absolute impartiality, guaranteeing that only the most deserving machines made it to the Top-Ten list.

Why the Buddh International Circuit?

The BIC offers a controlled and safe environment to push vehicles to their absolute limits. From supercars to scooters, every vehicle faced the same rigorous standards, revealing true engineering excellence under challenging conditions.

autoX Founder & Editor-in-Chief Dhruv Behl commented, “With numerous car and bike launches every year, it can be overwhelming for enthusiasts to identify standout machines. Our Best of 2025 Mega Test aims to cut through the noise, delivering a definitive list of the Ten-Best Machines, spanning multiple segments — from everyday cars and scooters to high-performance vehicles.”
