| San Francisco: Atomicwork, a leading AI-native ITSM and ESM platform designed for modern enterprises, today announced the appointment of Jeegar Shah as Head of Applied AI and Platform. In this strategic role, Shah will drive the development of company’s AI platform and applied AI initiatives, as the company continues to scale its agentic service management capabilities, redefining how enterprises leverage AI to automate work and deliver contextual support. Shah brings extensive experience building enterprise AI systems at scale, joining Atomicwork from Amazon and ServiceNow, where he led the deployment of AI solutions serving millions of users worldwide. His expertise spans reliable, secure, and observable AI systems in complex enterprise environments — a critical asset as Atomicwork advances its mission to deliver trusted AI that performs in real-world operations. “At Atomicwork, we are building AI that actually works for enterprises, not AI retrofitted onto legacy systems,” said Vijay Rayapati, co-founder and CEO of Atomicwork. “Jeegar has spent his career building AI that performs reliably at production scale. His experience aligns perfectly with our vision as we continue to advance our AI-native service management platform.” Proven Enterprise AI Leadership At Amazon, Shah spent over four years on the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team, leading the development of large language model training, evaluation, and release pipelines. His work supported foundational AI initiatives, including early foundation models and the natural language understanding infrastructure powering Alexa AI. This experience provided Shah with hands-on expertise in distributed training systems, evaluation frameworks, and operational rigor necessary for deploying AI at a global scale. Following Amazon, Shah joined ServiceNow, where he led enterprise AI and platform initiatives to design agentic, context-driven systems. He advanced multi-agent orchestration and retrieval architectures for real-world enterprise applications. Shah also serves on LangChain’s Customer Advisory Board, advising on enterprise adoption of agentic AI and large language model orchestration, bringing critical integration experience to one of the most widely used AI developer platforms. A Modern Approach to ITSM and ESM Atomicwork delivers an AI-native ITSM and ESM solution designed to eliminate repetitive service work and provide instant, contextual support to employees in the flow of work. Unlike traditional service management platforms that retrofit AI onto ticket-centric systems, Atomicwork was built from the ground up to be agentic, enabling AI to reason, act, and continuously improve across enterprise environments. As Head of Applied AI and Platform, Shah will oversee the development of Atomicwork’s AI capabilities, focusing on scalability, security, governance, and operational reliability. “Atomicwork addresses a fundamental problem in enterprise software: enabling service teams to move beyond manual work through AI that performs reliably at scale,” said Shah. “I am excited to help build trusted AI platforms and contribute to a team reshaping service management for a new generation of enterprises.” Transforming Enterprise Service Management With Atomicwork, enterprises can unify workflows, automate routine IT tasks, and provide seamless employee experiences across platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and web browsers.
